Ashok Dinda’s body is not giving him support
In 36 years, Ashok Dinda has played 13 ODI Internationals and nine T20 Internationals for India. Dinda has taken 12 wickets in ODIs and 17 wickets in T20 Internationals.
Dinda played three matches in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for Goa but later realized that his body is not giving him support.

Taken 69 wickets in IPL
Dinda had represented Delhi Daredevils, Kolkata Knight Riders, Pune Warriors India, Rising Pune Supergiants, and Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The pacer had picked up 69 wickets in 78 IPL matches at a strike rate of 21.97.
Second successful bowler after Utpal Chatterjee
Ashok Dinda is the second most successful Bengal bowler after former left-arm spinner Utpal Chatterjee.

Dinda thanked BCCI president and former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly, who went up against people in the 2005-06 season and gave the fast bowler a chance to debut against Maharashtra in Pune.
Bengal Cricket Association President Avishek Dalmiya, Secretary Snehashish Ganguly, and Joint Secretary Devrata Das thanked Dinda for his contribution and gave him a silver plaque and a bouquet of flowers.
