A man named Munawar Urf Sahil Ashraf Syed had filed a petition in the court accusing Kangana Ranaut of increasing social hatred, after which the court ordered a complaint.

The Bandra Magistrate Court has ordered registration of an FIR against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut. Kangana is accused of spreading criminal hatred.

The petitioner had filed a petition alleging that sharing of Hindu artist and Muslim artist, increasing social hatred through Kangana’s tweets and statements, after which the court ordered the filing of a complaint.

The petitioner had levelled the allegations

The complaint was made on behalf of a man named Munawar Urf Sahil Ashraf Syed, who said that kangana and his sister Rangoli Chandel have been using offensive language about Bollywood and Maharashtra Chief Minister through their tweets for the past few days, but bandra police has not taken cognizance of it. Munawar Ali has been a casting director and is also a fitness trainer.

Written complaint given 2 times at Bandra police station

The petitioner had given a written complaint at Bandra police station on September 16 and October 1, but no action was taken. He then complained to the court and then the court ordered an FIR and an inquiry under section 156 (3) of the CRPC.

The petitioner has mentioned these tweets from Kangana

In the complaint, Sahil has mentioned several tweets. He said kangana has spoiled the image of Bollywood in a tweet, in which she called Bollywood bald, nepotism, biased and murderer.

In addition, she has said that she artificially mentions religion in her tweet, like talking about the killing of sadhus of palghar and calling the BMC Babar’s army.

Sahil said in a complaint that Kangana attributed the jamaatis to spreading the corona, tweeted to hurt the image and dignity of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, called Mumbai a Pak occupied Kashmir (Pok), saying Islam has nothing to do with the film business and divides the Hindu and Muslim of the film industry.
