CISCE released ICSE and ISC semester one exam time table, exams will start from November 15


Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) ICSE Class 10th and ISC Class 12th has released the timetable for the semester 1 examinations.

Under this, the semester one examinations for both class 10th and class 12th classes will start from November 15. While the ICSE Class 10 exams will continue till December 6, the Class 12 exams will end on December 16.
Students note, ICSE Class 10 question papers for most of the subjects including English, Environmental Science and Geography will be conducted for one hour duration.
However, for Mathematics subject, students will be conducted for a duration of one hour and 30 minutes.
Apart from this, all the papers of class 12 ISC board will be conducted for the duration of one hour 30 minutes. As per the schedule, the Class 10 exams will start with Paper 1 of the English language. At the same time, the class 12 examinations will begin on November 15 with Paper 2 of English.
CISCE will adopt a different method of conducting board exams 2022. The board had earlier said that the academic session has been divided into two semesters, with each semester covering about 50 per cent of the syllabus.
At the same time, the council has also reduced the syllabus of various subjects for ICSE and ISC students due to the ongoing epidemic from last year due to Kovid-19 affected studies.
