Don’t-arrest-me letter to the Mumbai Police of Aryan Khan Case Officer’s

Aryan Khan case: Sameer Wankhede has said that “unknown persons” are planning to falsely accuse him, seeking protection from “speedy legal action”.

Senior Narcotics Control Bureau (NCP) official Sameer Wankhede, who is prosecuting several Bollywood celebrities, including megastar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, has sought protection from legal action for fear of being “falsely accused” with “indirect motives”. Mr Wankhede wrote in a letter to the Mumbai police chief that he had been threatened with imprisonment and dismissal by “highly respected public servants”.

The report said Nawab Malik, the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party and Maharashtra minister, had recently lost his job within a year. “Challenge Wankhede to lose his job within a year … We have the evidence for the fake cases,” Mr Malik was quoted as saying by ANI.

Demanding protection from “speedy legal action”, he said in the letter that “unknown persons” planned to falsely frame him.

Earlier on Sunday, a witness made sensational allegations in a drug trafficking case being investigated by Mr Wankade. Prabhakar Sail – a private investigator who claims to be KP Goswami’s personal bodyguard, said the selfie with Aryan Khan went viral – he said he heard a conversation between him and Sam D’Souza on October 3 about the 18 crore deal. The missing KP Goswami has demanded Rs 8 crore from Sameer Wankhede, Mr Seil said in an affidavit.

That evening, megastar Shahrukh Khan’s manager KP Goswami, Sam D’Souza and Pooja Dadlani had a 15 – minute meeting in the car. Case

Prabhakar also claimed that he followed the instructions of KP Goswami and took two bags of cash and gave them to Sam D’Souza. He said there was 38 lakh in the bags.

Shiv Sena senior leader Sanjay Rawat asked the police to “take note” of the confession. Chief Minister Uttam Thackeray said the case was a disgrace to the state of Maharashtra and it appears to be coming true. Mr Routh tweeted a new video, apparently from inside the NCP office, showing KP Goswami and Aryan Khan sitting together. Aryan Khan seems to be talking on the phone that Goswami had.
