In other words, Lava customers can avail warranty on products that have been repaired with new spare parts. So, even though one has to pay for the initial repair for any handset out of warranty, if the newly repaired components still face issue, the customer can avail replacement free of cost.

Through this move, the brand aims to be the first smartphone maker in the region to offer zero-cost repairs despite exceeding its original warranty. Moreover, this offer will cover both the labor charges as well as the cost of the spare part.
