Mahabharat’s Lord Indra aka Satish Kaul Fighting for basic needs, Medications amid lockdown; asks for Assistance
Ludhiana: Veteran Punjabi celebrity Satish Kaul, who’s acted in many Hindi movies and shows such as”Mahabharat”, states he is now facing financial worries and the nation-wide lockdown has made the situation worse to him.
“I am staying at a tiny rented location in Ludhiana. I had been staying at an old age home sooner but I’m here in this place with my good samaritan Satya Devi. My health is fine, I am doing good but the lockdown has made things worse.
“I am fighting for medications, groceries and fundamental needs. I appeal to the business people to assist me. I have a lot of love as a celebrity, I want some attention today as an individual in need,” Kaul told PTI.
Kaul had transferred to Punjab from Mumbai and had begun an acting college around 2011. The actor said that job was not a victory.
For 2 and a half a year, I had been bed-ridden at the hospital. I then needed to check into a old age home in which I remained for a couple of decades.”
Kaul stated he feels thankful that folks had showered him so much love when he had been in his prime and does not have some”regrets” now.
“It is ok if they have forgotten me. I got a lot of love and I am grateful. I’ll forever be indebted to the viewers for it. At this time, I want I am in a position to purchase an adequate location of my own where I could remain.
“The flame to behave remains living in me. It is not over. I need somebody gives me a job today, any function, and I’d do it. I am raring to behave again,” he added.
