The police have registered a case against Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh for inciting suicide after Rhea Chakraborty complained to the Mumbai police.

The police have registered a case against Priyanka Singh, sister of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput after Rhea Chakraborty complained to the Mumbai police against her for inciting suicide.

Bandra Police has reported 420,464,465,466,468,474,306,120B/120B of IPC in the case. 34 as well as sections under sections 8(1), 21,22,29 of the NDPS Act.

Rhea Chakraborty had filed a case against a doctor of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, including Priyanka Singh, at Bandra police station late on Monday night. Rhea has accused him of writing a fake prescription for medicines for Sushant Rajput.

It said that Sushant was given an anxiety medication in this prescription, which could not be legally prescription on WhatsApp.

Mumbai police said, according to the Supreme Court order, the case has been handed over to the CBI probing the entire matter for further investigation.

The Apex court, while handing over the probe to the CBI, had categorically stated that the CBI would also probe if Sushant Singh Rajput was further exposed in the suspected death case. Sushant Singh Rajput family lawyer had said that Bandra police would be contempt of supreme court if they file FIR on Ria’s complaint.

Rhea was questioned for 8 hours in the NCB drugs case on Monday, which later in the evening, Rhea Chakraborty reached Bandra police station. Rhea alleges that Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh wrote a fake prescription for Sushant Singh Rajput in connivance with Dr Tarun Kumar of Delhi’s government hospital Ram Manohar Lohia.

The doctor prescribed medicine without seeing and talking to the mentally ill Sushant. According to Rhea, the telemedicine law is against 2020.

Rhea has even alleged that the medicine was written on June 8 and Sushant committed suicide on June 14, so sister Priyanka Singh, Metu Singh and Dr Tarun Kumar are also accused of forcing them to commit suicide.
