Design and display of Vivo V20
The design of this Vivo phone is going to draw at first glance and those who want a superb design will definitely love this phone. The Vivo has a 6.44-inch Full HD Plus Super AMOLED display. The display has waterdrop knots. The body glass and frame of the phone is plastic. The back panel being plastic, the phone slips slightly by hand but also gets covered with the phone which is enough to protect it from the drop. HDR 10 is also supported with the display.
The phone also has a large battery of 4000 mH but the phone does not seem heavy. The design of Vivo V20 is quite different from all the phones in the market. The design of the camera is very positioned. The square design has a camera setup in which the lens is fitted in a triangle design. The power and volume buttons in the phone are given in the right side. The SIM card slot is in the left. On the lower side is the single speaker, Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone is just 7.38mm thin and weighs 171 grams. While vivo V19 had a punchhole display, it has a waterdrop notch display. This phone will be in midnight jazz, sunset Melody and Moonlight Sonata color verint. The body of the phone is made of glass which has anti-fingerprint coating i.e. fingerprints will not be visible on the back panel of the phone. Despite having a large display, the phone is handy. So overall, it is a stylish phone in the range of Rs 25,000.
Vivo V20 Hardware and Software
Vivo V20 has been launched with Android 11 based Funtouch OS 11. This is the first phone after pixels with which out of box is getting Android 11. The phone has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G processor which has been prepared on 8 nanometer processes, although it is not the most powerful processor in this price range. Vivo’s phone will have storage up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB. The phone will have features like in-built screen recording, screen cast, smart mirroring, Vivo share, ultra gaming mode. In addition to the Google Play store, this phone also has Vivo’s V-AppStore.
This time you won’t find many pre-installed apps with the phone. The phone also receives auto brightness adjustment that works according to the light around you. For example, if you are clicking selfies at night, the brightness of the screen will automatically increase so that you will get a light for selfies. Both in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock work faster. The phone has a single speaker but the voice is enough.
The AnTuTu benchmark of Vivo V20 is 2, 82525 which is much higher than the Samsung Galaxy M51. The phone for gaming is good. Our experience of gaming and video streaming was great with this phone. Call of Duty on Vivo V20 can be played by default at medium graphics and high frame rate. We did not have any difficulty in using Vivo V20 as a primary phone for 10 days. The phone is not hot during gaming. The phone for game lovers will also get ultra game mode.
Vivo V20 Camera Performance
Vivo V20 has a triple rear camera setup of 64 megapixels. The main camera is of 64 megapixels, the second lens is 8 megapixels with the support of super wide angle, Bokeh and super macro, while the third lens is a 2 megapixels mono camera.
For selfies you will get a front camera of 44 megapixels. Vivo V20 is the first phone to be launched in India with a front camera of 44 megapixels. Both cameras support 4 video recordings. The camera also gets super wide angle.
One of the main things we liked is that the setting does not change when changing the lens. For example, if you have selected high resolution (44 megapixels) for selfies, the setting is high resolution (64 megapixels) even when the rear camera is on.
The interface of the camera app is quite easy. The AI given with the camera rapidly detects the subject. In addition, the front camera also has auto iFocus and dual mode. With the help of dual mode you can make video recordings simultaneously from the rear and front cameras.
At first glance, the performance of the camera is good. Portrait mode is awesome. Also given with selfie and rear camera auto iFocus is no less than a gift for video creators, as they will not need to take tension over focus and D-focus during video recording.
The camera will focus on the eyes of the subject. The main thing is that you can set auto focus on auto, left eye and right eye. Get 10x digital zoom with rear camera. The auto light feel sometimes puts more brightness in the photo, although the photo comes good.
As far as performance is there, the photo is a spectacular click in the day and enough light. Wide angle shots are also good but its quality is lower than the primary. Night mode is good and the camera is able to manage the light.
The macro shot is excellent in enough light but comes with a photo-nviz in low light. The artificiality with the photo will be very rarely seen. The clozup shots are worthy-a-compliments. The performance of iFocus is excellent. For better video recording, it has a super anti-shake feature that you can make better videos on.
Battery and connectivity of Vivo V20
The Vivo V20 has a 4000mAh battery that supports 33 watt flash charging. The phone’s battery can be charged up to 64 per cent in 30 minutes through this charger. The phone has a triple card slot i.e. you will be able to use a memory card with two SIM cards.
The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, Galileo, Baidu, Navigator (Indian Navigation) and Type-C charging port. The box with the phone gets a 33 watt adapter, Type-C port, earphone and a back cover. In about an hour, the phone’s battery becomes full charge. Even after video, viewing and daily use, the phone’s battery gives up to 12 hours.
Note: With Vivo V20, the company has made a new experiment in the range of Rs 25,000. Great experiments have been done with cameras and designs. The look is premium. There is no complaint about battery life and performance. So, by and large, it can be said that if you buy this phone, you will not be disappointed.
